We use multiple motor freight companies that specialize in shipping and handling our products. We will always choose the most reliable and cost effective carrier to transport your order. We believe in providing to you the cost of materials and services up front in quote form so that you can be sure there are no hidden costs or buried fees. Please note: all DuraShield Premium Vinyl Fence and Alumi-Guard Premium Aluminum Fence sections and gates are all shipped fully assembled. This may add minimally to the cost of shipping, however it will save you time and money on the installation. Whether you install the fence yourself or hire a professional installer, pre-assembled fence sections and gates are the industry's standard of quality.

Your order will ship directly from our manufacturer's facility. Each order will be fixed to a pallet(s) for ease of off loading. Pallet(s) can be off loaded by forklift or pallet jack (if available). For most residential deliveries, materials can be off loaded by hand which will require additional help at your site. A bill of lading will be forwarded to you at the time of shipping along with a digital photo of the product. A Vinyl-Warehouse.com representative will also contact you to assist and ensure that you, our customer is informed of the location of your order and its estimated date of delivery. The freight forwarder will also contact you to set up the day, approximate time and specific instructions for delivery. You must be prepared to receive your delivery. Do not refuse a delivery without first contacting Vinyl-Warehouse.com. Overtime and re-delivery fees may apply if you are not present or unprepared to receive and unload your order. Any and all overage fees will be solely the responsibility of the customer. These fees will be due at time of delivery and are payable by the customer directly to the freight company that is delivering.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Shipping damage is rare, but it can happen. Once you order arrives at your location there are a few easy steps to insure that you are receiving your materials in good condition.
1. Inspect the product packages before they are removed from the truck. Look for tearing or puncturing of the packages. Look for any denting or crushing of packaging.
2. Make sure of the number of packages or pallets is consistent with your bill of Lading.
3. Remove materials from vehicle. You have now taken responsibility of your materials.
4. Note on the motor freight carrier's paperwork any damages observed. Record notes on drivers copy and your copy. Have driver and recipient sign each copy.
5. Unpack all materials, review with packing list.
6. Email or call Vinyl-Warehouse.com immediately with any discrepancy in order or damage report so we can assist with reordering replacement materials and insurance.

REFUSED ORDERS

Please do not refuse any order or delivery. You must call Vinyl-Warehouse.com first. All returned material will incur a 50% re-stocking fee in addition to other charges. Other charges may include but are not limited to restocking fee, return motor freight and handling charges. RMA # MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can change or cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it, at no cost to you. Canceling an order after 72 hours of placing it, but prior to the order shipping, will result in a minimum of 20% restocking fee. Additional charges may be incurred for products that have already been produced. Special orders and special size products are non-refundable.

Your information will be used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order to you. For this reason we will need to know your name, address, contact information (email, phone, fax) numbers and payment information. All credit card information is secured by Authorized.net.** This is a secured internet credit card processing company. Credit card information is not stored where it can be accessed via internet. If you provide an email address to us, we will email you a payment receipt immediately after the transaction is processed.
